Mr. Henry Liao, partner of Schinders, attended the general annual meeting of Lawyers Association Worldwide held in London from October 19 to 23. Mr. Liao spoke at the property protection panel meeting. Mr. Liao addressed the obstacles faced by the rich people in China on transferring their assets offshore. Mr. Liao’s speech was described as “enlightening” and was well received by the attendees.
