Legend Guo has more than a decade of experience in advising clients on intellectual property-related matters, including the daily maintenance of intellectual property, infringement investigation, administrative complaints, civil litigation and international arbitration (license fees dispute). Legend has made lectures related to intellectual property matters for the Hong Kong CPA Association, the School of Professional and Continuing Education, and the University of Hong Kong. 

Legend has rich experiences in M&A, state-owned assets acquisition and general corporate affairs. Legend represented clients (including multinational and domestic corporations) in legal due diligence, transaction structure, business negotiation, administrative approval, M&A agreement drafting, and completion of transactions.
