On March 27, 2018, our firm hosted an internal seminar on the topic of “Well-known Trademark Recognition and Protection”. The seminar was made by Mr. Legend Guo and William Deng, who are experienced in trademark practice.

In the seminar, Legend and William introduced the legal protection system of well-known trademark and summarized the approaches to apply for the well-known trademark recognition and the factors to be considered. Also, they shared their experiences in how to prepare the application documents and collect evidence through a case study. The seminar was well received by the colleagues.
